We strive to achieve 100 percent customer satisfaction, but we realize that some circumstances may lead to cancellation of services. Please discuss any issues you may have with our service with us before cancelling as many small misunderstandings can be worked out. If you are unhappy with our services for any reason, we would like to know why.

Cancellation of Services

Please review your contract for full details on cancelling your service. Some services have a minimum contracted time. If you are still under contract and need to cancel your service, please contact us to discuss and arrange this. If you are no longer under contract, please adhere to the policies below.

Cancellation of any service must be requested 10 business days before the end of your billing cycle to avoid charges for the next month. Services will be provided until the completion of the current billing cycle. Cancellation requests must be initiated either by the point of contact for your company or an officer of your company. Cancellation requests must be made in writing or by email and include the invoice number, date, and amount of the last bill as well as the reason you are cancelling.

Cancellation of services involving custom hourly work will result in a final bill of all work completed but not paid for at the time of a cancellation request. Please consult your contract of these services for further details.
