A Touch of Technology - Refund Policy

We strive to achieve 100 percent customer satisfaction, but we realize that some circumstances may lead to cancellation of services. Please discuss any issues you may have with our service with us before cancelling as many small misunderstandings can be worked out. If you are unhappy with our services for any reason, we would like to know why.

Refunds of Unused or Unsatisfactory Services

Refunds will be given for unused services after cancellation if payment for services was made in advance. Please allow 2-4 weeks for a refund check to be processed and mailed to your business address.

Refunds for unsatisfactory services require a complaint be filed first. Your complaint will be reviewed and your issue addressed if possible. Some services provided do not have an absolute outline of what results will be achieved. All cases like this will be handled on an individual basis as the situation calls for. A refund will be granted if determined that the service was not delivered as advertised or an issue which impacted service occurred which was the fault of A Touch of Technology, Inc.
